Lumos Duo
Lumus Duo is consist of two musicians Ekaterina and Gonzalo and owes its foundations to the Russian and Spain school of playing.
This Duo was created in the spring of 2014 in Maastricht during their studies at the Maastricht Conservatorium, and had its first public performance in September 2015. The musicians are laureates of many international competitions both as soloist and as members of various ensembles. The Duo has convincingly proved creative independence and won its audience with strong personality and high professionalism.
Repertoire of the Lumus Duo is highly varied including music of different styles and genres. At the same time, the musicians are in constantly search of self-improvement while expanding the boundaries of the repertoire and performance possibilities of the chamber ensemble.
